Washer dimensions
Provide the inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness, configuration and dimensional standard. Identify any required hardness, material grade or surface finish.
Gasket construction
Identify the gasket standard, style, size, thickness and material construction. Include flange or assembly identification and the approved part number where applicable.
Size and material selection
Sizes and materials are reviewed against the specified assembly. Selection of gasket construction and application suitability remains with the customer or responsible engineer.
Package and documentation
List quantities by line item and identify matched sets, finish requirements, material certification and packaging or labeling instructions. Confirm availability and delivery with Cyclone.
