Privacy policy
How Cyclone Bolt handles website inquiries, attachments and optional analytics.
Updated October 1, 2026.
Information you provide
When you contact Cyclone or request a quote, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, part requirements and supporting files. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, review manufacturing and supply requirements, and communicate about the requested work. The website does not operate an online checkout or collect payment-card details.
Quote forms and attachments
Our website uses Netlify Forms to receive inquiries and attachments. Submitted information is processed through that service and made available to Cyclone’s authorized team. Email notifications support follow-up at inquiry@cyclonebolt.com. Please include only information and files needed for the request.
Campaign information
The website may retain campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, such as UTM values, gclid, gbraid and wbraid, in your browser’s session storage during your visit. These values can accompany a quote request so Cyclone can understand its source. The form page path is also included. These fields do not include the contents of your uploaded files.
Google Analytics
We use a Google tag to measure use of the website. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before analytics is turned on. For visitors elsewhere, analytics is on by default and can be turned off at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are asked first. Analytics can record page visits and actions such as starting or successfully submitting an RFQ, clicking a telephone or email link, and downloading a technical document. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text and attachments are not included in the website’s analytics event fields.
The website records a lead event only after a successful form response. A phone-link event records a click; it does not establish that a call connected or that a sale occurred. Analytics is disabled on the review website.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through heatmaps and recordings of page interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation. Clarity follows the same analytics choice as the Google tag described above, and what you type into the quote and contact forms is masked in recordings. Clarity uses cookies to connect page views within a visit. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Advertising cookies and Google Ads
This version does not enable Google Ads remarketing or advertising personalization, and Clarity’s advertising storage is denied. The Google tag’s advertising storage, user-data and personalization permissions remain denied. If Cyclone enables advertising features, this policy and the cookie controls will be updated to describe the resulting use before those features are enabled.
Your cookie choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to allow or decline optional analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it later, and you can remove cookies or site storage through your browser settings. Quote and contact tools work without optional analytics. Declining analytics stops future optional tracking from this website; it does not withdraw an inquiry already submitted.
Service providers and business records
Website hosting, form handling, analytics and email services process information as needed to provide those services. Cyclone uses inquiry information for the requested business communication and associated order records. If you have questions about access, correction, deletion or retention of information you submitted, contact us with enough detail to identify the inquiry.
